In 2008 I wrote and self-published “101 Reasons to be Yourself” – a book on positive change and creative living.  Ditch the tube and live the dream; don’t just think about it, do it; go get you some nature – that sort of thing.  It’s about doing things that make you come alive, experimenting with means of self-expression, taking artistic adventures, being open to trying something new…based on what I’ve done and what I’ve learned from others over the years.

I am a seeker.  A seeker of truth, life experience and spiritual awakening.  The book I am working on now goes beyond the page-a-day simplicity of “101 Reasons to be Yourself” to an exploration of self-discovery, what does happiness mean, being instead of doing and really getting into who we are at the core. I look forward to bringing you insights that I learn along the way, excerpts that may or may not end up in the book and of course, the occasional dose of encouragement for positive change and creative living.

Something relatively new for me is learning about the Cards of Destiny and I’ll be adding tidbits from that mystical journey along the way.
